Yoga for Stress Relief
Feeling stressed? Stress can impact our bodies, moods & behaviours in many ways, leading to issues such as muscle tension or pain, digestive upset, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, and more.
Come enjoy a 1 hour 15 minute practice and learn yoga-based techniques for stress-relief, including gentle movement, yin & restorative yoga, breathwork & meditation. Participants will leave feeling refreshed and equipped with techniques they can use day-to-day.

What to bring?
– Water
-Yoga mat (if you own one)
– Clothing you can move comfortably in
(N.B. Some people feel cold in the relaxation portions, so a sweater is a nice idea)
